Beverly has practiced law in Indiana County since 1977. Prior to returning to her home county, she was an associate with the Pittsburgh law firm of Tucker Arensburg & Ferguson (now, Tucker Arensburg, P.C.).
Beverly’s practice areas include preparing wills, trusts and other documents to assist her clients in achieving their goals for the distribution of their assets.
She also has substantial experience in the administration of estates and trusts, commercial transactions, real property law and has represented clients in appellate proceedings before the Pennsylvania Superior and Commonwealth Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Each year Beverly represents a diverse group of clients who need estate planning services. She has drafted hundreds of estate planning documents, from the simplest of wills to the most complex trust agreements.
As more and more families accumulate substantial wealth in IRAs and other retirement benefits, she is able to recommend strategies to enable her clients to preserve this wealth for the benefit of themselves and their children and grandchildren.
Beverly has developed her own intake information questionnaire that helps clients to focus on the issues that will need to be considered for their particular circumstances. Using this tool has aided many clients begin their planning on the right path.
In the last decade, Beverly has represented both Buyers and Sellers in commercial transactions. These transactions have ranged from the sale or purchase of small sole proprietorships to multimillion dollar corporations.
Her work includes the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements, complex financing arrangements, title work, hiring of environmental and tax consultants and helping Buyers understand the due diligence examination which should precede an acquisition.
From the perspective of a Seller, she negotiates and drafts documents to insure that the Seller receives the payment he or she expected and to limit the liability of a Seller for past and future operations.

Beverly is a 1973 cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and was a member of the Order of the Coif and a Note Editor of the Law Review. In 1970, she graduated magna cum laude from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Beverly speaks fluent Italian, is an avid gardener and enjoys swimming and yoga.
